人口城市化和土地城市化的耦合协调关系研究——以湖南省为例

Study on Coupling Coordination Relationship between Population Urbanization and Land Urbanization:A Case Study of Hunan Province

以湖南省14个市州为研究对象,基于2006~2018年湖南省市级数据,构建了人口城市化和土地城市化协调发展评价指标体系,采用两两比较法和标准差值法确定指标权重,利用耦合协调模型测算耦合协调度。结果显示:人口和土地城市化质量及两者协调度自2006年以来稳步提升,2006~2010年土地城市化超前于人口城市化,2010年前后人口城市化质量逐渐反超土地城市化质量;人口和土地城市化协调度的空间极化效益较为严重,整体上呈现出“东高西低”态势,长沙市及周边城市协调发展程度较好,而大湘西地区处于轻度失调状态。总体来说,湖南省城市化发展仍不协调,未来应充分把握好新型城市化发展机遇,利用好人口和土地两大要素,引导城市化发展走向良性互动。

Based on the data of 14 cities and prefectures in Hunan Province from 2006 to 2018,the evaluation index system of coordinated development of population urbanization and land urbanization was constructed.The index weight was determined by standard difference method and pairwise comparison method,and coupling coordination scheduling was calculated by coupling coordination model.The results show that the quality of population and land urbanization and their coordination degree have been steadily improved since 2006.From 2006 to 2010,the land urbanization was ahead of the population urbanization,and the population urbanization quality gradually exceeded the land urbanization quality before and after 2010.The spatial polarization benefit of population and land urbanization coordination is serious,which shows a trend of“high in the East and low in the west”.The coordinated development of Changsha and its surrounding cities is good,while western Hunan is in a mild state of imbalance.In general,the urbanization development in Hunan Province is still uncoordinated.In the future,we should fully grasp the opportunity of new urbanization development,make good use of the two major elements of population and land,and guide the development of urbanization to benign interaction.
