产业发展与乡村振兴协调演进及障碍因子诊断——以江西省为例

Analysis of Coordinated Evolution of Industrial Development and Rural Revitalization and Obstacle Factors:A Case Study of Jiangxi Province

采用耦合协调模型分析了江西省2006~2018年产业发展与乡村振兴之间的演变特征,运用障碍度模型,探讨了影响产业发展与乡村振兴的障碍因子。结果表明:2006~2018年,产业发展与乡村振兴均处于高度耦合阶段,两者协调度由0.403增长至0.893,由濒临失调转变为良好协调;影响产业发展与乡村振兴的主要障碍因子由乡村宽带普及率、粮食综合生产能力、农村贫困人数到民间纠纷调解成功率、农村居民教育文化娱乐支出占比、乡村服务业产值增长率再到农业机械化水平、农村二产就业率、乡村服务业产值增长率、平均受教育年限、农产品化肥使用强度。

The coupled coordination degree model was used to analyze the evolutionary trend between industrial development and rural revitalization in Jiangxi Province from 2006 to 2018.And the obstacle degree model was used to discuss the obstacles affecting industrial development and rural revitalization.The results show that from 2006 to 2018,industrial development and rural revitalization are both in a highly coupled stage.The coordination between the two has increased from 0.403 to 0.893,which has changed from frequent imbalances to good coordination.The main obstacle factors affecting the industrial development and rural revitalization are the popularization rate of rural broadband,the comprehensive production capacity of grain and the number of rural poor people to the success rate of civil dispute mediation,the proportion of education,culture and entertainment expenditure of rural residents and the growth rate of output value of rural service industry to the level of agricultural mechanization,the employment rate of rural secondary industry,the growth rate of output value of rural service industry,the average number of years of education and agriculture application intensity of chemical fertilizer.
