摘要
滚动轴承是高压电动机重要零部件之一,在连续运行中,由于滚动体和滚道之间长期承受交变接触力,从而产生表面疲劳磨损,径向间隙增大,轴承寿命缩短。因此在设计时,需进行轴承载荷及寿命的计算,以增加高压电动机运行可靠性。
Rolling bearing is one of the important parts of high-voltage motor.In its continuous operation,the surface fatigue wear occurs due to the long-term alternating contact force between the rolling body and the raceway,which makes the radial clearance larger and the bearing life shorter.Therefore,it is necessary to calculate the bearing load and life during the design stage in order to increase the operation reliability of the high-voltage motor.
