摘要
香港极端暴力事件发展与处置过程中暴露出的"高校实验室危险化学品流失事件"进一步揭露了高校实验室管理中存在的漏洞与安全隐患,值得引起我们的警惕和思考。以该事件为背景,深入思考事件的起因、经过以及暴露出来的管理漏洞,并结合当前我国高校及科研院所实验室危险化学品的管理现状,提出了防止实验室危化品流失的相关建议,以期引起相关部门对实验室危化品流失问题的关注,降低流失风险,消除流失隐患,保障实验室安全运行,维护社会和谐稳定。
The loss of hazardous chemicals in college laboratories in the extreme violence in Hong Kong further exposed the loopholes and hidden safety hazards in the management of university laboratories, which deserve our vigilance and consideration. In-depth analysis of its causes, processes, and management loopholes, combined with the management of hazardous chemicals in the laboratories of universities and scientific research institutes in our country, put forward relevant recommendations to attract attention, reduce the risk of loss, eliminate hidden dangers of loss, ensure the safe operation of laboratories, and maintain social harmony and stability.
