基于可持续营建理念的大型体育场馆建筑策划研究——以广东省江门市滨江体育中心为例

Architectural Programing of Large-scale Sports Venues Based on the Concept of Sustainable Planning and Building:Architectural Programing of Jiangmen Sports Center

大型体育场馆是城市最为庞大复杂的工程类型之一,其科学建设有赖于决策、设计、实施和运维的全过程协同,其中前期策划尤为重要。文章针对现实建设困境,基于城市建筑整体可持续营建理念,探讨大型体育场馆的建筑策划方法,提出大型体育场馆建筑策划研究框架。以广东省江门市滨江体育中心工程实践为例,回顾项目在建设模式的研究、市场分析与需求预测、项目定位与建设规模、功能计划与空间计划,以及工程设计指引制定等方面的前期策划工作实践及取得的工程实效。

Large-scale sports venue is always one of a city’s most complex engineering projects.Its scientific construction depends on the whole-process coordination of decision-making,design,implementation,operation and maintenance,of which the programing in early stage is particularly significant.In this study,a scientific method is investigated and an operable framework is proposed for the architectural programing of large-scale sports venue based on the concept of overall sustainable planning and building.The method has been applied in the engineering practice of Jiangmen sports center(stadium+natatorium+gymnasium+convention and exhibition center).Take Jiangmen Sports Center as an example,the preliminary planning in the construction mode,market analysis and demand prediction,project positioning and scale control,function and space plan,engineering design guidelines,as well as the effectiveness of architectural programing achieved in this project are presented in this paper.
