摘要 在突如其来的新型冠状病毒传播防疫战役中,控制容纳各类人员的建筑内传播是重要环节。研究选择室内人员密度大、感染风险高、人员停留时间长的办公楼、医院和住宅三类建筑,分析与评估病毒传播在建筑环境控制中的影响。基于三类建筑的建筑设施特点、人员活动特征、设备系统影响等方面分析,提出了针对疫情预防的人员使用要求、工作活动建议、空调设备运行与管理优化措施等,以期后续能对同类型建筑环境控制优化提供参考和支持。 With the sudden spread of COVID-19,buildings for all kinds of people are undoubtedly an important part of this campaign.In this paper,three types of buildings including office buildings,hospitals and residential buildings with high indoor population density,high risk of infection and long residence time were selected to analyze and evaluate the influence of COVID-19 transmission in building environment control.Based on the analysis of the characteristics of building facilities,personnel activities and equipment systems of the three types of buildings,this paper puts forward the requirements for personnel use,suggestions for working activities,optimization measures for operation and management of air conditioning equipment,etc..It would hopefully prevent the epidemic,and provide reference and support for the building environment control optimization of the same type of buildings in the future.
