标准化病人评价医疗服务质量的研究动态及其应用

Research trends and application of standardized patients evaluation of medical service quality

推动卫生健康供给高质量发展成为健康中国建设的重要举措之一,质量评价是促进卫生服务健康可持续发展的关键。在加快提高卫生健康供给质量和医疗服务质量要求不断提升的现实背景下,针对无法进行客观评价的困境,以中国知网、PubMed、Web of Science、万方等数据库为主要来源获取文献,梳理目前标准化病人在医疗服务质量评价领域的应用情况,包括国内外研究动态、评价方式、质量控制、启示等内容,为今后推广标准化病人在医疗服务质量评价方面进行有益的探索。

Promoting the high-quality development of health supply has become one of the important measures to construct Healthy China.The quality evaluation is the key to promote the healthy and sustainable development of health services.Under the background of speeding up to improve the quality of health care supplies and continuously improving the quality of medical services,and for the plight that can not be objectively evaluated,the author obtained literature from CNKI,PubMed,Web of Science,Wanfang databases and others.Trying to comb the standardized patients’application in the field of medical service quality evaluation,which includes the research trends,measurement method,quality control,enlightenment,and in order to explore how to better promote the application of standardized patients in the evaluation of medical service quality in the future.
