结合XH医院开展的专科运营助理工作,从完善体系建设、打造运营团队、创新工作机制、培养考核评价、助力学科发展等方面进行探索,对深化医药卫生体制改革下公立医院精益管理提出新的思路。

Combined with the specialist operation assistant practice in XH Hospital,Constructing the system,building operation team,innovating working mechanisms,training assessment and evaluation,and promoting discipline development were explored in this paper.The fine management of public hospitals under deepening the reform of the medical and health system was also discussed.
