摘要
首都医科大学附属北京同仁医院以屈光手术中心为试点,将全成本精细化管理理念应用于其中,在医院绩效管理办公室的牵头下,相关职能科室形成试点工作小组,探索构建了医院单个科室的全成本管理体系,提高了科室整体管理运行效率,为后续的理论研究和实践工作提供了基础。
This article discussed the exploring practice of Total Cost Management to the Refractive Surgery Center of Beijing Tongren Hospital,Capital Medical University and systematically demonstrated the research background,implementation process,result evaluation,promotion and profound consideration.The task group,with the leading of performance management,consisted of the related management department in the hospital explored constructing the total cost management system of the certain clinical department,promoted the operating efficiency and proclaimed the foundation for both theoretical research and practical work.
