摘要
为有效缓解看病难,满足患者在不同时段的就诊需求,进一步改善医疗服务,北京口腔医院于2015年开始在牙体牙髓科、牙周科、口腔修复科(天坛部)试行开展"晚间门诊"工作。为了鼓励医务人员全心全意为患者服务的职业精神,医院制定出台了相应的绩效考核政策,重新修订了《临床门诊医疗科室节假日绩效考核奖励方案》。方案试行5年来,在保障医院公益性、促进医院精细化管理、发挥绩效激励约束机制等方面取得了一定的成效,探索了新的方法,在促进医院可持续健康发展的同时积累了宝贵的经验。
In order to effectively alleviate the difficulty of seeing doctors,meet the needs of patients in different periods of time,and further improve medical services,Beijing stomatological hospital began to carry out‘evening outpatient service’in the Department of Endodontics,Periodontology,and Prosthodontics(Tiantan Department)in 2015.In order to encourage the professionalism of medical staff to serve patients wholeheartedly,the hospital formulated the corresponding performance appraisal policy and revised the‘holiday performance appraisal and reward scheme for clinical outpatient medical departments’.Over the past five years,we have achieved certain results in protecting the public welfare of the hospital,promoting the fine management of the hospital,and giving play to the performance incentive and restraint mechanism.We have explored new methods and accumulated valuable experience while promoting the sustainable and healthy development of the hospital.
