面向广西边境地区“三非”问题的公安情报工作优化研究

Research on Optimizing the Countermeasures of Public Security Intelligence Work of Dealing with“Three Types of Illegal Activities”in Guangxi Border Areas

长期以来,“三非”问题威胁着广西边境地区安全稳定,是公安机关打击的重点。当前广西边境地区“三非”问题出现新情况,对公安情报工作提出新要求,亟须从理念树立、人员培养、内部合作、外部交流等方面优化公安情报工作,从而有效打击此类违法犯罪活动,维护边境地区的和谐稳定。

The problem of“three types of illegal activities”is threatening the safety and stability of Guangxi border areas.Public security organ focuses on cracking down on the crime.By analyzing the new situation of“three types of illegal activities”in Guangxi border areas and the new requirements for the public security intelligence work,this paper puts forward the main countermeasures for the optimization of public security intelligence work from the overall level.It is imperative to optimize the countermeasures of public security intelligence work in terms of the establishment of ideas,personnel training,internal cooperation and external communication when dealing with“three types of illegal activities”,so as to effectively crack down on such illegal and criminal activities and maintain the stability of border areas.
