安全是大型群众性活动的底线,预防大型群众性活动灾难的发生,人群管理是非常重要的一个方面。大型群众性活动的人群管理表面上是管理控制人的行为,其实质却是对人群心理的管控。应对大型群众性活动灾难的人群心理管控机制建设,是针对群体心理在活动前的危险征兆、活动中的灾难心理以及活动后的应激反应,提出有针对性、可操作的管控措施,以确保人群心理管控到位,大型群众性活动顺利开展。

Safety is the bottom line of large-scale mass activities,and crowd management is a key to prevent disasters of large-scale mass activities.The crowd management of large-scale mass activities is ostensibly to manage and control people’s behavior,but its essence is to control the psychology of the crowd.The construction of crowd psychological control mechanism for disaster response of large-scale mass activities is to propose targeted and operational control measures for the danger signs of group psychology before the activity,the disaster psychology during the activity and the stress response after the activity,so as to ensure that the crowd psychological control is in place and the activities proceed smoothly.
