关于公安派出所践行“纪律严明”的思考

The Thought about the Strict Discipline in Police Stations

“四句话、十六字”是习近平总书记对公安工作提出的总要求,指明了公安队伍和公安工作的发展方向,是公安队伍落实从严治警方针的根本遵循,其中“纪律严明”不仅是公安派出所贯彻落实从严治警方针的根本保证,也是营造良好政治生态和警民关系的重要手段。但是目前部分公安派出所在队伍纪律建设方面仍然存在许多不足,派出所民警违纪现象依然存在,派出所对民警管理不严、思想政治教育滞后以及民警价值观念偏差是引起此类问题的主要原因。公安派出所要践行好“纪律严明”,加强队伍纪律建设就必须从制度、教育、监督三个方面着手,提高派出所民警的纪律意识和政治素养,从而为建设一支具有“四个铁一般”的公安铁军奠定坚实的基础。

“Four sentences,sixteen characters”are the general requirements put forward by General Secretary Xi on public security work,indicating the direction of development of the public security team and the work of public security.Compliance with such requirements is fundamental for the public security team to strictly administer the police force.Among them,strict discipline is not only the fundamental guarantee that police stations implement the policy of“strictly managing the police”,but also an important means to create a good political ecology and the relationship between the police and the people.However,at present,there are still many deficiencies in the discipline construction of the police stations.Breaches of disciplines by the police station’s officers still exist.Poor management of the police station,delayed ideological and political education and value differences among the officers are the main reasons for such problems.To implement the general requirements of“strict discipline”,public security police stations must strengthen the discipline construction of the team by enhancing system,education,and supervision to improve the discipline awareness and political literacy of the officers at police stations,so as to lay a solid foundation for the construction of an iron police army.
