石化企业安全生产责任保险风险评估技术进展

Research on Risk Assessment Technology of Safety Production Liability Insurance in Petrochemical Enterprises

为研究建立我国石化企业的安全生产责任保险风险管理体系,真正实现安全生产责任保险服务功能的落地,对国外现行安全保险中风险查勘的关键评估技术、主要技术难点的研究现状等进行了总结分析,并简要对比了国内的现行安全保险风险管理方法。最后提出了我国安全生产责任保险风险管理与事故预防技术的发展方向。

In order to effectively study and establish a safety production liability insurance risk management system for my country′s petrochemical enterprises to truly realize the safety production liability insurance service by governmental agencies,this paper summarized and analyzed the quantitative risk assessment techniques applied for the risk of typical accidents on property and personnel in the current international safety insurance market,and briefly introduced the current risk management methods in China.Consequently,the development direction of safety liability insurance risk management and accident prevention technology services for domestic petrochemical industry was finally proposed.
