摘要
直流伺服电机通常在机器手、自动化生产线等数字控制系统中作为执行驱动机构。本文介绍一种基于单片机的直流伺服电机调速系统。其中C8051F020单片机作为控制核心,通过数码管显示驱动和键盘扫描控制芯片CH452接收按键输入和显示输出。C8051F020单片机内部自带的PCA计数器/定时器模块可以产生PWM信号,该信号经过直流驱动芯片MC33886驱动控制直流伺服电机的正反转和加减速,同时和直流伺服电机同轴连接的光电编码器反馈转速给单片机,为单片机控制提供依据。
DC servo motor is usually used as the actuator in various digital control systems,such as manipulator,precise machine,automatic production line,etc.This paper introduces a DC servo motor speed control system based on single chip microcomputer.C8051F020 microcontroller as the control core,through the nixie tube display driver and keyboard scanning control chip CH452 to receive key input and display output.The PCA counter/timer module of C8051F020 MCU can generate PWM signal,which is driven by DC driver chip mc33886 to control the forward and reverse rotation and acceleration and deceleration of DC servo motor.At the same time,the photoelectric encoder coaxially connected with DC servo motor feeds back the speed to MCU,which provides the basis for MCU to judge the control.
