南京产MF47型万用表辨别三极管电极的方法

摘要 南京产MF47型指针式万用表功能强大、灵敏度高、皮实耐用、性价比高,受到广泛好评。MF47型万用表分辨三极管的类型和三个电极(集电极C、基极B、发射极E),早期产的有标志,好分辨,但近年产的除大功率三极管个别有标志外,大部分三极管、特别是小功率三极管标志缺失,给装配和维修带来一定困难。特别是初学者,感到无从下手,有时集电极和发射极很难分辩。下面就MF47型指针式万用表分辨三极管三个电极和类型,介绍三种方法。 Nanjing MF47 type pointer multimeter is powerful,sensitive,durable,cost-effective and widely praised.The early products were easy to identify the three electrodes of the triode(collector C,base B,emitter E),because they were marked.But in recent years,very few high power triodes are marked and most triodes are unmarked especially for low power triodes.And that brings some difficulties to assembly and maintenance.It’s difficult to identify the collector and the emitter especially for beginners which makes they feel at a loss.Here are three methods to identify the type of the triode and the three electrodes of the triode.
