航标灯高温检测方法分析

摘要 航标灯是安装在导航设备上的一种交通信号灯。夜间发出规定的灯光颜色和闪光频率(频率可为0),以达到规定的照明角度和能见度距离,并在夜间引导船舶。对航标灯进行高温环境试验,则可以再现或重构极端高温空气条件对航标灯工作状态的影响,确定航标灯各部件的性能,测试航标灯在恶劣环境下的可靠性、耐久性和正常使用能力,为航标灯在日常工作环境中的使用和维护提供参考。本文在国家有关电子产品环境试验标准的基础上,详细介绍了航标灯达到热稳定性条件的温度测量方法,介绍了航标灯高温环境试验的检测程序。 Beacon light is installed on the navigation equipment of a traffic light A night light color and flash frequency frequency(0),in order to meet the lighting Angle and the visibility distance,and guide the ship in the night to the beacon light in high temperature environment test,it can reproduce or refactoring extreme high temperature air conditioning effect on the working state of pharos,sure will lead the performance of the various components,the reliability of the test guide lamps in harsh environments Durability and normal use ability for beacon light in the daily operation and maintenance of working environment to provide the reference On the basis of the national environmental test standards for electronic products,this paper introduces in detail the temperature measurement method for achieving the thermal stability condition of the navigation lamp,and introduces the detection procedure for the navigation lamp’s high temperature environmental test.
