摘要
校企合作发展模式使高校与企业能够把各自的需求融合到人才培养中,进而推动双方的优势互补、协同发展,是应用型地理信息人才培养的重要途径。本文从企业、高校、教师及学生4个维度入手,分析目前地方院校应用型地理信息人才校企合作培养过程中存在的问题。基于培养目标、课程体系、过程实施和效果评价4个维度探讨构建解决现存问题的新模式与新方法,进而提出应用型地理信息人才校企合作培养模式优化与创新的途径与策略。
The school-enterprise cooperation development mode enables universities and enterprises to integrate their respective requirements into talent cultivation and promote the complementary advantages and coordinated development.It is an important way to train applied geographic information talents.The paper analyzed the existing problems in the process of school-enterprise cooperation in applied geographic information talents from dimensions of enterprises,universities,teachers,and students.It established the new modes and methods to solve the existing problems base on aspects of training objectives,curriculum system,process implementation,and effectiveness evaluation,and proposed strategies for the optimization and innovation of the geographic information talent cultivation.
