摘要
国家级新区在经济发展、产业转型升级中的带动作用越来越重要,为此,对广州南沙新区范围内居住用地进行适宜性评价。本文基于GIS缓冲区分析技术,以南沙新区的学校、医院、超市、公交站、地铁站、道路、公园等方面作为指标,运用层次分析法建立评价指标体系,其次利用GIS叠置分析功能,对各指标数据进行加权叠加,并将叠加成果结果划分为5个等级,生成南沙新区居住适宜性综合评价专题图。实现了评价结果的可视化,为城市规划、居民选址提供一定的基础依据。
The leading role of the country′s new district is becoming more and more important in the economic development and industrial transformation.Therefore,it is necessary to evaluate the suitability of residential land in the Nansha new district of Guangzhou.Based on GIS buffer analysis technology,this paper takes some objects as evaluating indicators,such as school,hospital,supermarket,bus station,subway station,road,and park.It uses the AHP to build evaluating indicator system.It uses GIS intersection analysis function to analyze all index data,ultimately generates the thematic map of the comprehensive evaluation of Nansha’s suitability of residential land,and the results are divided into five levels.The paper shows that this method improves visualization level,which can provide reference to the urban planning and the selection of residential location.
