基于成本路径的引水工程线路规划建模研究——以安徽引江济淮工程为例

Study on Route Planning of Diversion Project Based on Cost Path:Taking the Yangtze River Diversion Project in Anhui Province as an Example

引水工程投资大、范围广、影响因素多,如何科学、快速地确定引水线路,是极具研究价值的问题;借助于遥感的监督分类和地理信息系统的成本路径分析,综合考虑坡度、地形起伏度、道路和土地利用4个因子,构建了引水工程线路规划模型,以便快速计算引水线路最低成本路径。以安徽引江济淮工程为例,将数据代入模型运算,并将模型线路规划结果与实际选线做比对分析,以此验证模型的准确程度。结果显示:所构建引水线路规划模型有较好的准确性和适用性,具有一定的应用价值,所构建模型对实际引水线路规划选址方法的探讨有一定意义。

The diversion project is costly,large-scale,and of many influencing factors.Quickly determining the diversion route is an urgent problem to be solved.Based on the spatial functions of supervised classification and cost route analysis in Geographic Information System platform,this paper constructs a grid model for comprehensive route selection of water diversion project by using the processed slope data,terrain fluctuation data,road data,and land use data,and finds out the lowest cost path of water diversion route.By comparing the results of the model with the actual situation,it is concluded that the accuracy of the grid model constructed in this paper are accurate and applicable.The model has certain guiding significance for the actual planning and location determination of diversion route.
