摘要
针对往复压缩机的隔振问题,总结了隔振器设计的一般步骤,包括确定隔振频率及隔振器的固有频率、确定撬座的参数、确定隔振器型式及参数、确定隔振器的布置方式等。应用此方法结合某公司某机组仪器柜的隔振项目,进行了隔振器的设计、选型与校核,最终隔振效率达到了97.7%。所述隔振器设计的一般方法,对往复机械撬座的隔振设计包括海洋平台的隔振设计,都具有一定的指导意义。
For the vibration isolation of reciprocating compressors,the general steps of vibration isolator design are summarized in the paper.It includes the determiantion of the parameters of skid,the vibration isolation frequency and the natural frequency,the type and parameters,and the arrangement of vibration isolators.The vibration isolator was designed,selected and checked combined with the vibration isolation project of a unit instrument cabinet in a company applied the method above,which the final efficiency reached 97.7%.The general method of vibration isolator design described in the paper has certain guiding significance for the vibration isolation design of the reciprocating mechanical skid,including the offshore platform.
