半封闭双螺杆制冷压缩机电机振动的试验研究 被引量:2

摘要 随着市场需求的提高和技术的进步,半封闭双螺杆制冷压缩机的振动逐步成为一个研究的热点,对其机械振动和流致振动的研究已有较多的成果,但对其电机的振动研究相对较少。本文根据半封闭双螺杆制冷压缩机用三相异步电机的工作原理和特点,从电机气隙均匀性、电机气隙选值以及电机极槽数与螺杆转子齿数配合等因素进行了分析与试验验证。研究结果表明:电机气隙越均匀,对电机转频和电源2倍频的振动改善越明显;根据电机的功率大小选择最优电机气隙值,对电机各特征频率的振动有显著改善;合理设计电机极槽数与螺杆转子齿数比,避免电机特征频率与螺杆转子特征频率重叠,能够有效减小1000 Hz以上中高频带的振动。 Improving with the requirement of market and technology,the vibration of semi-hermetic twin screw refrigeration compressor has become a major topic.The mechanical and fluid motive vibration already have much achievement,while the research of motor vibration is insufficient.Combined with the operational principle and characteristics of asynchronous motor in semi-hermetic screw compressor,the study make depth analysis and test from factors as homogeneity and value of motor gap,motor groove matching and so on.Research indicates that the homogeneity of motor gap has obviously improvement of vibration depress in turning frequency and twice electrical frequency.The optimal value of gap has improvement of vibration depress relating to motor capacity.Through reasonable matching of stator and rotator,the frequency of motor and screw rotor can be separated,thus avoiding to rate overlapping,accordingly depressed the vibration in middle and high frequency from 1000 Hz.
