膜式气缸选型对往复压缩机运行影响的探讨

摘要 主要结合往复压缩机运行过程中气量调节需求,运用全程顶开吸气阀调节方法中2种不同形式的膜式气缸的工作原理、结构特点进行介绍,并结合某往复压缩机的流量调节控制原理,探讨压缩机各级膜式气缸形式选择对压缩机运行安全性、稳定性的影响,通过2种形式膜式气缸在不同工况下的优劣对比,为压缩机气量调节膜式气缸选型提供参考指导。 In the paper,combined with the gas adjustment requirements in the operation process of reciprocating compressor,the entire top open air suction valve adjustment method in two different forms of membrane cylinder was used to introduce the working principle,structure characteristics.In further,combined with the flow regulating control principle of reciprocating compressor,the influence of the selection of membrane cylinder form in compressor stages on the operating security and stability was discussed.Through the contrast of the two forms of membrane cylinder under different conditions,it has provided a reference guide for the selection of compressor gas regulating membrane cylinder.
