Research on the Optimization and Upgrading of the Supply Chain of Jiangxi Electronic Information Industry Chain

电子信息产业是江西“十四五”重点发展的产业。当前江西电子信息产业呈现产业规模持续扩大、产业结构不断完善、产业布局趋于合理、产业集群逐渐形成、龙头企业实力强劲等特点。但同时,江西电子信息产业链发展也面临固链、补链、扩链、融链等一系列难题。结合江西“十四五”发展规划,文章提出江西电子信息产业进军万亿的思路,构建了电子信息产业链短、中、长发展图谱,提出促进江西电子信息产业发展的重要举措:专项资金点燃引擎、平台示范夯实基础、行业协会发挥作用、人才政策贵在有效、土地政策强力支撑、营商环境持续改善。

The electronic information industry is the key industry of Jiangxi Province in the 14th five year plan.At present,the electronic information industry in Jiangxi is characterized by continuous expansion of industrial scale,continuous improvement of industrial structure,reasonable industrial layout,gradual formation of industrial clusters and strong strength of leading enterprises.But at the same time,the development of Jiangxi electronic information industry chain is also facing a series of problems,such as fixed chain,complementary chain,chain expansion,chain connection and so on.Combined with Jiangxi's 14th five year development plan,this paper puts forward the idea of Jiangxi's Electronic Information Industry Marching into trillions,constructs the short,medium and long-term development map of the electronic information industry chain,and puts forward some important measures to promote the development of Jiangxi's electronic information industry,including:special funds to light the engine,platform demonstration to lay a solid foundation,industry associations to play a role,talent policy to be effective,and land policy to be strongly supported The business environment continued to improve.
