摘要 针对目前用于摩擦磨损在线监测的静电传感器结构尺寸参数与对应性能难以确定的问题,通过理论模型仿真,综合分析比较并得到了磨损区域和润滑油路静电传感器的结构参数及空间特性的变化规律。根据静电监测的感应原理及不同的应用场景,基于两类典型静电传感器的数学模型,分别进行理论仿真;以传感器空间灵敏度参数为核心,通过传感器结构尺寸参数的变化,得到了多个不同静电传感器的三维空间分布规律;进一步对比其理论效率与探极尺寸比之间的关系,结果表明,两类静电传感器在具有不同的空间灵敏度分布规律的同时具有相似的理论效率变化规律。 Aiming at the uncertainty of sensor structure parameters and corresponding characteristics in electrostatic online monitoring of friction and wear, comprehensive analyses between wear-site and oil-line sensors on the change trend of spatial characteristics with different structure parameters investigated. According to the sensing principle of electrostatic monitoring and different applications, theoretical simulations were conducted based on a mathematical model for the two typical types of electrostatic sensors. By the change of sensor physical size parameters and the core parameter of spatial sensitivity, a series of 3 D spatial distributions were simulated. Further comparison between theoretical efficiency and probe ratio is analyzed. The results show that, although the two types of electrostatic sensors have different spatial sensitivity distributions, the change of theoretical efficiency remains the same.
