摘要 为了降低装备的维修成本,针对现有单部件系统视情维修策略研究中存在的性能检测时间缺乏灵活性,未充分利用部件退化状态信息的问题,采用wiener过程建立了单部件系统性能退化模型,给出了根据部件退化状态安排性能检测时间的方法;推导了预防性维修阈值的计算表达式,在此基础上提出了动态性能检测视情维修策略;案例对比分析表明,该维修策略在平均费用率、部件平均使用寿命以及事后维修的平均次数等指标上均优于传统视情维修策略。 In order to reduce the maintenance cost of equipment,in view of the lack of flexibility in performance detection time in the existing single-component system condition-based maintenance strategy research,and the insufficient use of component degradation status information,the wiener process was used to establish a single-component system performance degradation model.The method of arranging the performance inspection time according to the component degradation state was given,and the calculation expression of the preventive maintenance threshold was derived.On this basis,the dynamic performance inspection condition-based maintenance strategy was proposed.Finally,a case comparison analysis shows that the maintenance strategy is on average indicators such as cost rate,average service life of components,and average number of corrective maintenance are better than traditional condition-based maintenance strategies.
