摘要
设计了一种多层橡胶陶瓷复合装甲结构。采用LS-DYNA数值仿真的方法,分析了穿甲弹在不同着角下侵彻复合装甲的速度损失和质量销蚀曲线,发现速度损伤量和质量销蚀率随着角的增大而增大。根据多组分复合装甲混合律计算出装甲的抗弹能力,得出多层橡胶陶瓷复合装甲具有良好的抗穿甲弹性能的结论,可以为其他橡胶复合装甲结构的设计提供支撑和依据。
In order to improve the ballistic performance of the composite armor,a structure of multilayer rubber-ceramic composite armor was designed.Using the commercial software of LS-DYNA,the velocity loss and mass eroding curves of the armor-piercing projectile penetrating the composite armor at different angles were analyzed.It is found that the velocity damage and the mass eroding rate increase with the increase of the angle.According to the multi-component composite armor mixing law,the armor’s ballistic resistance was calculated.The results show that the multilayer rubber-ceramic composite armor has good performance against projectile penetration,which can provide support and basis for the design of other rubber composite armor structures.
