摘要
基于实测振动加速度数据完成车载运输过程中振动载荷谱的构建,利用有限元软件研究在温度、振动载荷作用的环境下固体发动机推进剂/衬层粘接界面的应力分布情况,基于Miner准则分析实际运输过程中推进剂/衬层粘接界面损伤分布情况。计算服役10年损伤结果,发现损伤的关键部位在距离后封头端面120~250 mm和400~600 mm,其中距离后封头端面521 mm处的损伤因子最大,为0.5263。在长时间运输后,应重点检查此部位的损伤情况。
In view of the damage of the propellant/liner bonding interface under the action of temperature and vibration load during transportation,the construction of the vibration load spectrum was completed,and the finite element software was used to study the stress of the bonding interface under the temperature and vibration environment.Based on Miner damage theory,the damage distribution of the bonding interface was calculated.After 10 years of service,it is found that the critical parts of the damage are within the range of 120~250 mm and 400~600 mm from the end face of the rear head.The damage factor at 521 mm from the end face of the rear head is the largest,which is 0.5263.After a long period of transportation,we should check the damage of this part emphatically.
