摘要
针对Al/Ni活性材料,设计包覆钢壳进行爆炸加载实验,采用由脉冲恒流源、H型锰铜传感器和示波器组成的测压系统测量爆轰波压力。发现爆炸加载后,除上表面的融化状态外,底部还有密实的材料;对密实的活性材料进行准静态测试,发现爆炸加载后活性材料的密实度、维氏硬度、屈服强度和失效强度均有提升,与未受爆炸加载的材料比较,失效应力提升34.0%(14.3 GPa)与52.2%(21.3 GPa)。
Aiming at the Al/Ni active material,this study designed a steel shell for explosive loading experiments.And a pressure measuring system consisting of a pulse constant current source,H-type manganin sensor and an oscilloscope were used to measure the detonation pressure.It is found that after explosive loading,in addition to the melting state of the upper surface,there is a dense material at the bottom.Quasi-static test was performed on the dense active material.It is found that the density,Vickers hardness,yield strength and failure strength of the active material after explosive loading have increased.Compared with the material that has not been subjected to explosive loading,the failure stress is increased by 34%(14.3 GPa)and 52.2%(21.3 GPa).
