国内外超高强度钢的研究现状及应用

Research Status and Application of Ultra-High Strength Steel at Home and Abroad

针对航空、航天、航海及兵工等各领域对高强度钢铁材料的需求,从超高强度钢的种类、成分及性能综述了国内外低合金超高强度钢、二次硬化超高强度钢及超高强度马氏体时效钢的研究现状及应用情况。分析了目前几种超高强度钢热处理工艺的特点,指出了淬火-碳配分-回火热处理工艺对超高强度钢性能的影响及作用。给出了未来超高强度钢高性能、长寿命、低能耗、低成本、高通量材料集成技术的智慧化服务、绿色化可持续发展的研究发展方向。

In view of the demand for high strength steel materials in the fields of aviation,aerospace,navigation and ordnance,the research status and application of low alloy ultra high strength steel,secondary hardening ultra high strength steel and ultra high strength steel were reviewed in this paper from the aspects of category,composition and properties of ultra high strength steel.The effect of quenching-carbon partition-tempering heat treatment process on the properties of ultra-high strength steel was emphasized.The research and development direction of high performance,long life,low energy consumption,low cost and high flux material integration technology of ultra high strength steel in the future were pointed out.
