摘要 对凉感聚乙烯长丝、普通聚酯长丝、凉感聚酯长丝的表观形貌、力学性能和吸湿性能进行了对比测试与分析。并对凉感聚乙烯长丝进行加捻,研究了捻度对其润湿性能的影响。试验结果表明,凉感聚乙烯长丝表面具有沟槽和裂纹,摩擦系数最小,拉伸断裂强度最低,断裂伸长率最大。凉感聚乙烯长丝经加捻后,在150捻/m时表现出最佳吸湿性。 The apparent morphology,mechanical properties and moisture absorption of the cool-feeling polyethylene filaments,ordinary polyester filaments and cool-feeling polyester filaments were tested and analyzed.The cool-feeling polyethylene was twisted and the effect of twist on wettability was studied.Results showed that there were some grooves and cracks on the surface of the cool-feeling polyethylene filaments.The friction coefficient and tensile strength of the cool-feeling polyethylene were the lowest,and its elongation at break was the highest.The twisted cool-feeling polyethylene filaments had the best wettability when the twist was 150 per meter.
