微小RNA在先天性巨结肠中的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 微小RNA(microRNA,miRNA)是一种小的内源性非编码RNA,在转录后基因调控方面有重要作用。研究表明,miRNA与先天性巨结肠在内的多种疾病有密切关系,在先天性巨结肠中主要是通过靶基因来影响肠神经细胞的增殖和迁移,从而参与先天性巨结肠的发病。部分miRNAs在先天性巨结肠患儿血清中明显高于正常对照组,因此可以作为先天性巨结肠新的无创性早期筛查及诊断疾病的生物标志物。
