降尿酸药物别嘌醇、非布司他和苯溴马隆的严重不良反应综述 被引量:15

摘要 高尿酸血症常由嘌呤代谢紊乱和(或)尿酸排泄减少所导致,是多种疾病发生发展的危险因素。除了改善生活方式外,药物治疗是治疗高尿酸血症的重要方法。其中,抑制尿酸合成的别嘌醇和非布司他、促尿酸排泄的苯溴马隆是目前我国临床最常用的3种降尿酸药物。别嘌醇、非布司他和苯溴马隆的不良反应各有不同,本文通过综述这3种药物各自独特且严重的临床不良反应,为临床医生更合理地使用这3种药物提供理论基础。 Hyperuricemia is often caused by purine metabolism disorder and/or uric acid excretion reduction,which is a risk factor for the development of many diseases.In addition to improving lifestyle,drug therapy is an important method to treat hyperuricemia.Allopurinol and febuxostat which inhibit uric acid synthesis,and benzbromarone which promotes uric acid excretion are three most commonly used drugs for lowering uric acid in China at present.The adverse reaction of allopurinol,fenbustam and phenobromomalone is different.This paper reviewed the unique and serious clinical adverse reaction of the three drugs to provide a theoretical basis for clinicians to use the three drugs more reasonably.
