立足5G时代思考我国网上药店药学服务模式

Consider of Pharmaceutical Service Mode of Online Pharmacies in China Based on 5G Era

网络信息技术的高速发展,尤其是5G时代的来临在某种程度上促进了诸多行业的迅速发展,诸如“互联网+药学服务”模式的发展。该模式的便捷性、个体化、高效率等优势使患者足不出户也能得到及时的用药咨询服务。目前我国网上药店药学服务仍处于起步阶段,存在网上药店执业药师数量相对不足、药品网络销售及“互联网+药学服务”有关法律法规及操作系统不完善等问题。如何在高质量利用“互联网+药学服务”优势的同时有效解决随之产生的问题离不开科学、有效的监管。本文通过概述已崭露头角的5G时代下我国网上药店“互联网+药学服务”模式的变革契机及存在问题,提出思考建议,为“互联网+药学服务”的规范和健康发展提供思路和参考。

As the high speed development of network information technology,especially the coming of the 5G era has promoted the rapid development of many industries to some extent,such as the development of“internet plus pharmaceutical service mode”.The convenience,individualization,high efficiency and other advantages of this mode enable patients to get timely medication consulting services without leaving home.Now pharmaceutical service of online pharmacies is still in its infancy in China,there are some problems,such as relatively insufficient number of licensed pharmacists in online pharmacies,the shortage of laws and regulations and operating systems related network sales of drugs and“internet plus pharmaceutical service mode”and so on.How to effectively solve the accompanying problems while high-quality take advantage of“internet plus pharmaceutical service mode”is inseparable from scientific and effective supervision.By summarizing the reform opportunities and existing problems of the“internet plus pharmaceutical service mode”in China on 5G era,this paper put forward some suggestions to provide references for the standard and healthy development of“internet plus pharmaceutical service”.
