右美托咪定减少神经外科手术患者麻醉苏醒期躁动效果观察

Effects Observation of Dexmedetomidine on the Declined Dysphoria of Anesthesia Recovery Patients After the Operation of Brain Tumor

目的:探究右美托咪定减少神经外科脑部肿瘤手术患者麻醉苏醒期躁动效果。方法:以本院2019年7月~2020年7月收治的80例经外科脑部肿瘤手术患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为观察组(右美托咪定)与对照组(无菌生理盐水),每组40例。探讨实施不同麻醉方式对麻醉苏醒期躁动的影响。结果:T1时,两组心率(HR)、平均动脉压(MAP)指标无统计学差异(P> 0.05);T2、T3和T4时,观察组指标均低于对照组(P <0.05),观察组躁动、蒙特利尔认知评估(MOCA)、满意度评分均高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论:给予神经外科手术患者右美托咪定后,可减少麻醉苏醒期躁动,提升认知功能及满意度,维持血流动力学稳定,此方法值得应用与推广。

Objective: To study the effects of dexmedetomidine on the declined dysphoria of anesthesia recovery patients after the operation of brain tumor. Methods: A total of 80 patients who underwent brain tumor surgery in our hospital( July 2019 to July 2020) were selected as the research subjects. According to random number table,they were divided into observation group( dexmedetomidine) and control group( sterile saline solutions),with 40 cases in each group. To investigate the effects of different anesthesia methods on agitation during anesthesia recovery. Results: At T1,heart rate( HR) and mean arterial pressure( MAP) between two groups were not significantly different( P > 0. 05);at T2,T3 and T4,HR and MAP in the observation group were lower than the control group( P < 0. 05);restlessness,Montreal cognitive assessment( MOCA) and clinical satisfaction scores in the observation group were higher than those in control group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion: After the operation of brain tumor,dexmedetomidine can relieve the restlessness at anesthesia recovery stage,increase the cognitive function and clinical satisfaction,and maintain the hemodynamic stability. It is worthy of application and promotion.
