径山抹茶生产技术的改进与提高

摘要 余杭区径山蒸青抹茶行业协会于2019年在国内发布首个区级抹茶栽培、加工技术规范标准,对径山抹茶生产技术做出规定和要求。经过两年多的生产实践,也发现与实际生产不相适应的一些问题和不足。文章根据实际生产经验对径山抹茶的生产提出了完善提高的建议,以推进径山抹茶产业的可持续发展。 In 2019, the Jingshan Steamed Green Matcha Industry Association of Yuhang District issued the first district-level matcha cultivation and processing technical standards in China, and made regulations and requirements for Jingshan matcha production technology. After more than two years of production practice, some problems and shortcomings that were not compatible with actual production have been discovered. Based on actual production experience, the article put forward suggestions for improving the production of Jingshan matcha, so as to promote the sustainable development of Jingshan matcha industry.
