近几年,长株潭城市群发展迅猛,区域一体化程度和质量不断提升,特色小镇作为城市群中的重要节点,对于优化城市群网络体系,带动农村腹地发展,缩小城乡差距,推动城市群高质量发展,释放新动能具有十分重要的意义。因此,要进一步强化顶层设计,构建良性互动工作格局;坚持产业延伸,做精做强主导特色产业;创新体制机制,激发各类主体发展活力,提高特色小镇融入长株潭城市群的能力。

In recent years,Changsha Zhuzhou Xiangtan Urban agglomeration has developed rapidly,and the degree and quality of regional integration have been continuously improved.As an important node in the urban agglomeration,characteristic towns are of great significance to optimize the network system of urban agglomerations,drive the development of rural areas,narrow the gap between urban and rural areas,promote the high-quality development of urban agglomerations and release new kinetic energy.Therefore,it is necessary to further strengthen the top-level design and build a benign interactive work pattern;adhere to the industrial extension,refine and strengthen the leading characteristic industries;innovate the system and mechanism,stimulate the development vitality of all kinds of main bodies,and improve the ability of characteristic towns to integrate into the Changsha Zhuzhou Xiangtan urban agglomeration.
