当前低能耗、高性能的建筑已经成为建筑发展主要方向,对于郑州市既有居住区绿色改造的生态优先,合理规划,技术先进原则,文章提出了墙体改造、门窗改造、房顶改造、给排水改造和地下空间利用的绿色改造策略。

At present,buildings with low energy consumption and high performance have become the main direction of building development.According to the principles of ecological priority,reasonable planning and advanced technology,the paper puts forward green transformation strategies of wall transformation,door and window transformation,roof transformation,water supply and drainage transformation and underground space utilization in the existing residential areas of Zhengzhou.
