文化建设视角下特色小镇规划研究

Research on the Planning of Characteristic Towns from the Perspective of Cultural Construction

特色小镇要有特色鲜明的产业形态、和谐宜居的美丽环境、彰显特色的传统文化、便捷完善的设施服务和灵活应变的体制机制。建设特色小镇,既需要资金技术上的有力支持,也需要传统文化的支撑。论文以勐巴拉雨林小镇规划为例,从文化建设视角下探讨特色小镇规划中文化建设的目标、文化资源的传承与创新、小镇文化的建设,为类似规划案例提供参考。

Characteristic towns must have distinctive industrial forms,harmonious and livable beautiful environment,distinctive traditional culture,convenient and perfect facilities and services,and flexible institutional mechanisms.The construction of characteristic towns requires not only strong financial and technical support,but also the support of traditional culture.Taking the planning of the Mengbala rainforest town as an example,this paper discusses the goals of cultural construction,the inheritance and innovation of cultural resources,and the construction of the town’s culture in the characteristic town planning from the perspective of cultural construction,so as to provide references for similar planning cases.
