The Planning Response of Public Service Facilities in Nanchang Under the Background of the“14th Five-Year Plan”

研究基于"十四五"规划的目标导向,坚持以人民为中心,摸清人口发展规律及人口年龄结构、空间分布特征,面向人民群众多龄段、多层次、多样化的需求,审视南昌市各级各类公共服务设施存在的短板与不足,提出公共服务设施标准化配置要求与精准投放指引,以期为南昌市"十四五"规划提供支撑。

The research is based on the goal orientation of the "14 th Five-Year Plan",adheres to the people-centered approach,finds out the law of population development,population age structure, and spatial distribution characteristics, and faces the multi-age, multi-level,and diversified needs of the people. At the same time, it reviews the shortcomings and deficiencies of public service facilities at all levels and various types in Nanchang, and put forward the standardized configuration requirements and precise delivery guidance of public service facilities, in order to provide support for the "14 th Five-Year Plan" of Nanchang.
