Seeking New Opportunities for Urban Development in the“Smart Era”--Exploring the“Endogenous Driving Force”of Urban Development

"智慧时代"来临,城市发展面临着新的抉择与机遇。本文通过梳理城市发展新契机,提出发掘城市发展"内生动力"的设想,并从"资源"数据库建立、发展诉求智慧化提出、可行性分析、"项目"智慧化实践、动态评估跟踪优化五大环节对其方法进行深入探究,探索新时代下城市发展的新规律,展望城市发展新愿景。

With the advent of the"Smart Era",urban development is facing new choices and opportunities.Through combing the new opportunities of urban development,this paper puts forward the idea of exploring the"endogenous power"of urban development.And it conducts an in-depth exploration to its methods from five aspects,such as the establishment of the"resources"database,the proposal of intelligent development appeal,the analysis of feasibility,the intelligent practice of"projects",and the dynamic evaluation and tracking optimization.Moreover,it also tries to explore new laws of urban development in the new era,and express new visions of urban development.
