Research on the Application of BIM in Prefabricated Building Construction Stage

文章通过对BIM技术核心价值的探讨和当前装配式建筑施工阶段问题的分析得出,BIM技术+装配式建筑施工是建筑业发展的必然趋势,只有将二者进行有机结合,才能从根本上解决装配式建筑施工阶段的系统性、标准、政策等问题,从而不断完善装配式建筑施工方案设计、技术交底、现场管理、成本控制等各个阶段的重点、难点问题。

Based on the discussion of the core value of BIM Technology and the analysis of the problems in the current prefabricated construction stage,this paper concludes that BIM Technology+prefabricated building construction is the inevitable trend of the development of the construction industry.Only by organically combining the two can we fundamentally solve the problems of systematicness,standards and policies in the construction stage of prefabricated buildings,so as to continuously improve the key and difficult problems in each stage of prefabricated building,such as construction scheme design,technical disclosure,site management,cost control,etc.
