“两型社会”建设背景下的公共图书馆设计——以岳阳市图书馆新馆及螺丝岛周边环境综合整治项目设计为例

The Design of Public Library under the Background of"Society of Resource Saving and Environmentally Friendly"Construction--Taking the Example of the Integrated Renovation Project Design of the New Library of Yueyang City and the Surrounding Environment of Luosi Island

文章主要通过对岳阳市图书馆新馆及螺丝岛周边环境综合整治项目的设计研究分析,探讨在建设资源节约型和环境友好型的两型社会背景下,如何处理建筑与环境的关系,并且如何将生态、节约、惠民体现在建筑中。按照"岛馆合一、景苑一体"的设计思路,尊重并充分利用螺丝岛原有地形地貌,注重保护生物,修复螺丝岛原有文物及山体、水体和树木等生态环境,彰显原生态特征。

Based on the research and analysis of the design of the New Library of Yueyang City and the comprehensive renovation project of the surrounding environment of Luosi Island,this paper discusses how to deal with the relationship between the building and the environment under the background of the construction of resource-saving and environment-friendly society,and how to reflect the ecology,economy and benefit the people in the building.In accordance with the design idea of"integration of island and library,integration of landscape and garden",this paper respects and makes full use of the original topography of Luosi Island,pays attention to biological protection,and repairs the original cultural relics and the ecological environment such as mountain,water and trees to highlight the original ecological characteristics.
