大跨度连续箱梁主墩顶0^(#)块有限元模拟分析

摘要 以某大跨度变截面预应力连续箱梁为工程依托,分析主墩墩顶0#块的受力状态。通过桥梁有限元程序Midas Civil建立全桥模型进行整体分析,得到各节段端截面内力,采用Midas FEA有限元软件建立局部三维模型进行空间应力分析,考虑施加局部节段范围内的作用以及等效的边界条件。对0#块三向应力及主应力的分析结果表明,支座附近压应力较大,横隔板人洞附近、翼缘板与外腹板的交界处拉应力较大,提出了应对措施,计算结果已应用于工程实践。 Based on a long-span prestressed continuous box girder bridge with variable cross-section,the stress state of zero block at the top of main pier was analyzed.Midas Civil finite element program was used to build the whole bridge model to analyze the internal force of each section,and then Midas FEA software was used to build a local three-dimensional model to analyze the space stress,the action within the local segment range and the equivalent boundary conditions were considered.The analysis results of the three-dimensional stress and the principal stress of block 0 showed that the compressive stress near the support was bigger,the tensile stress near the hole of the transverse diaphragm and the junction between the flange plate and the outside web plate was bigger,and the corresponding measures were put forward,and the results were applied to engineering practice.
