钉型水泥土双向搅拌桩在穿堤泵站软弱土地基处理中的应用

钉型水泥土双向搅拌桩与常见水泥土搅拌桩施工相比,成桩质量更可靠,能达到更佳的复合地基效果,且节省工程投资。通过介绍水泥土双向搅拌桩复合地基在九里西排涝站较厚淤泥质土地基处理中应用,包括设计加固方案、施工工艺及质量控制。从复合地基承载力和沉降两方面通过理论计算确定桩长及布置,底板与桩之间设0.5 m厚8%水泥土褥垫层以保证桩土共同承担上部荷载形成复合地基和闸基防渗稳定。地基加固后,对桩身完整性及承载力进行检测,能满足设计要求,复合地基效果很好。该地基处理方式对中等厚度软土上的水工建筑物具有推广应用价值。

Compared with the common soil-hydraulic pile construction,the nail-type soil-hydraulic bidirectional mixing pile had more reliable piling quality,which can achieve better composite foundation effect and save engineering investment.By introducing the application of the composite foundation of soil-hydraulic bidirectional mixing pile in the treatment of thicker silt foundation of Jiulixi drainage station,including the design of reinforcement scheme,construction process and quality control,The pile length and arrangement were determined by theoretical calculation in terms of bearing capacity and settlement of the composite foundation,and a 0.5m thick 8%cement soil bedding layer was set between the base plate and the pile to ensure that the pile and soil share the upper load to form a composite foundation and the gate foundation is impermeable and stable.After the foundation reinforcement,the pile integrity and bearing capacity were tested,and the design requirements were met,and the composite foundation effect was very good.This foundation treatment method has positive promotion and application value for hydraulic structures on medium-thickness soft soil.
