闽南地区制造业与物流业协同发展研究

Research on Coordinated Development of Manufacturing Industry and Logistics Industry in South Fujian Area

以厦门、泉州和漳州三地的港口货物吞吐量、物流业增加值、固定资产投资额和规模以上工业增加值为物流业和制造业发展的衡量指标,选取2008—2018年的相关数据,采用数据包络分析方法对闽南地区制造业和物流业的协同发展关系进行了实证分析。结果表明,闽南地区制造业和物流业未实现协同发展。基于两业当前的发展现状,提出了发挥政府引导作用、营造良好政策环境和构建协同长效机制等促进两业良性互动和协同发展的相关对策。

Taking the port cargo throughput,the added value of logistics industry,the fixed investment amount and the added value of industry above designated size in Xiamen,Quanzhou and Zhangzhou as the indicators of measuring the development of logistics industry and manufacturing industry,choosing the relevant data from 2008 to 2018,this paper carries out an empirical analysis of the coordinated development relationship between manufacturing industry and logistics industry in south Fujian area by using the method of data envelopment analysis(DEA).The result shows that there is no coordinated development between the two industries.Based on the current status,it puts forward some countermeasures to promote the benign interaction and coordinated development of the two industries,such as giving play to the guiding role of the government,creating a healthy policy environment and building a long-term coordinated mechanism.
