On the Chinese Communist Party's Discipline Construction in the New Era

纪律建设是新时代全面从严治党的重要抓手,把纪律挺在前面是重大的实践总结和理论创新。本文在论述把纪律挺在前面的必要性、迫切性,新时代纪律建设的主线、内容和特点的基础上,从学好马克思主义理论提升思想觉悟,完善党规党纪强化执纪监督,领导带头遵规守纪,建设纪律文化、营造遵纪氛围四个方面提出了新时代加强纪律建设的举措。

Discipline construction is an important starting point for strictly administering the Party in an all-around way in the new era,and keeping Party discipline first is significant practice summary and theoretical innovation.Based on the discussion of the necessity and urgency of keeping discipline construction first,as well as the main line,contents and characteristics in the new era,this paper puts forward the countermeasures to strengthen the discipline construction from the four aspects such as learning Marxist theory well to raise ideological consciousness,improving Party rules and discipline to strengthen supervision over discipline enforcement,letting leaders play active role in obeying regulations and discipline;building discipline culture to create discipline compliance atmosphere.
