磁偏置高温超导限流器监控系统设计 被引量:2

Monitoring system design for the SFCL with magnetic bias field

摘要 针对磁偏置高温超导限流器并网运行实验要求,设计了具有高压隔离、快速采集及故障录波功能的监控系统。该监控系统采用现场可编程门阵列(FPGA)和数字信号处理器(DSP)双重硬件架构设计模式,其中,FPGA用于快速采集实时数据和快速开关控制;DSP从FPGA获取状态量和模拟量等采集信号,集成超导限流器监控系统核心控制器的快速控制算法,实现超导单元保护指令的输出。给出了超导限流器监控系统的设计原理、核心控制器软硬件设计和上位机软件设计,并进行10 kV并网运行实验验证。监控系统运行结果表明,所设计的磁偏置高温超导限流器监控系统可以很好地实现对电网及限流器运行状态的实时、可靠监测与控制。 A monitoring system with functions of high voltage isolation,fast acquisition and fault recording was designed based on the dual hardware architecture design pattern of FPGA and DSP.FPGA was used to quickly collect real-time data and fast switch control.DSP obtained state and analog signals from FPGA,integrated the fast control algorithm of the core controller of SFCL monitoring system,and realized the output of superconducting unit protection instructions.The design of SFCL with magnetic bias field monitoring system included design principle analysis,the hardware and software design of the core controller and computer monitoring software design.10 kV grid-connected operation experiment was carried out.Experimental results show that the designed monitoring system can realize the real-time and reliable monitoring and control of the operation status of the current limiter operation well.
