急性白血病中超敏C反应蛋白及乳酸脱氢酶的表达特点及临床意义

Expression characteristics and clinical significance of hypersensitive C-reactive protein and lactate dehydrogenase in acute leukemia

目的研究不同类型急性白血病(AL)患者中超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)及乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)的表达特点和临床意义。方法选取AL患者80例作为研究对象(AL组),急性髓系白血病(AML)50例(AML组),急性淋巴细胞白血病(ALL)30例(ALL组)。AL组患者行骨髓细胞学检查,做出诊断分型,并在患者初诊时为其检测hs-CRP及LDH。另选取20例单纯缺铁性贫血患者纳入对照组。比较2组患者hs-CRP和LDH表达的差异,以及不同类型AL患者hs-CRP和LDH表达特点。以首次诱导缓解率作为分组依据,观察缓解组与未缓解组的hs-CRP及LDH表达的差异。结果AL组hs-CRP和LDH表达均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。但AML组与ALL组hs-CRP和LDH表达比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。缓解组hs-CRP和LDH表达均低于未缓解组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论hs-CRP和LDH的表达水平与AL患者疾病进展呈正相关,或可成为AL判断预后的指标之一。

Objective To study the expression characteristics and expression significance of hypersensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)and lactate dehydrogenase(LDH)in patients with different types of acute leukemia(AL).Methods Eighty patients with AL were selected as the research objects(AL group),50 patients with AML(AML group),and 30 patients with ALL(ALL group).Patients in the AL group underwent bone marrow cytology to make a diagnosis,and their hs-CRP and LDH were tested at the first diagnosis.Another 20 patients with simple iron deficiency anemia were included in the control group.The differences in the expression of hs-CRP and LDH between the two groups of patients,as well as the expression characteristics of hs-CRP and LDH in patients with different types of AL were compared.Based on the first induced remission rate,the differences in hs-CRP and LDH expression between the remission group and the non-remission group were observed.Results The expression of hs-CRP and LDH in the AL group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).However,the expressions of hs-CRP and LDH were not significantly different between the AML group and the ALL group(P>0.05).The expressions of hs-CRP and LDH in the remission group were lower than those in the non-remission group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The expression levels of hs-CRP and LDH are positively correlated with the disease progression of AL patients,and may be one of the prognostic indicators of AL.
