概率极限理论在装甲车辆结构可靠性设计中的应用研究

摘要 目前在装甲车辆领域应用最多的基于工程经验的传统安全系数法,极易造成过设计或欠设计。给出了适用于装甲车辆结构可靠性设计的概率极限数学方法和总体设计流程,建立的结构可靠性安全系数不仅可以使设计精确化,也为整车的轻量化设计提供技术支撑。 The safety factor of the structure is one of the important contents in the overall design of the vehicle.The reasonable safety coefficient can not only ensure the reliability of the whole vehicle,but also optimize the design structure and development cost of the whole vehicle.However,the traditional safety factor method based on engineering experience is still the most widely used method in the field of armored vehicles,which is easy to cause over design or under design and lack of theoretical guidance.The probability limited mathematical method and the overall design process for the structural reliability design of armored vehicles were given.The structural reliability safety factor established can not only make the design more accurate,but also provide certain technical support for the lightweight design of the whole vehicle.
